Saturday morning began under a misty haze that in various locations was
a light drizzle, but still by 8:00 AM our front parking lot was almost
filled despite Mother Nature! By the time folks were heading home, the
sun was peaking through and the roads were dry. As the pictures below
detail (taken by Bill Grant), we had a diverse group of cars and an
enthusiastic crowd of car buff’s. As our maître d’ of Dunkin’ Donuts
(Dietmar Weselin) will attest, the stack of donut boxes was steadily
depleted—as was the inventory of lawn equipment that he had
refurbished as a fund-raiser for Families of the Wounded.
So take a look at the pictures below for Bill’s pictures as well as those
shot by the young—but extremely talented—photographer, Sam
Winters, who also does the photography/videography for the
consignment cars we are selling. Speaking of videos, Sam shot a video
of our Saturday gathering from both ground level and also via drone, so
enjoy the attached video.
We thank those of you who were able to attend Cars & Coffee, and
extend a special thank you to all of you who over the years have
supported Families of the Wounded with your purchases.
