Paint and Body

The Tyrol Blue paint on this GTO is almost as nice as it was when the car was at the Pontiac dealership in 1967. The bold color of the body makes a wonderful contrast with the white interior and white top.

The underside of this GTO appears solid and sound.

Interior

The White vinyl interior is clean and fresh-looking, as one would expect in such a carefully restored car.

The gauges all work as do the lights and horn. The speedometer, tachometer and turn signals likewise work properly.

Engine

The totally rebuilt 400 V-8 engine provides the power for this comfortable cruiser to suddenly become an exciting muscle car. (Copies of the receipts for the rebuild will transfer with the car.) At the turn of the key the engine comes to life with an exhaust rumble that promises more to come.

Transmission

The 4-speed M21 transmission, which was fully rebuilt, works smoothly, and the car’s handling is enhanced by the limited slip differential.

Brakes

The recently rebuilt (10/23) braking system has power disc brakes on the front wheels and drums on the rear, bringing this GTO to a quick halt without any pulling from side to side.

Steering/Suspension

The car’s power steering makes for an enjoyable drive while riding on its rebuilt front suspension (receipts).
